DEVELOPMENT VISION OF GORAZDE MUNICIPALITY

Social-economic consequences in countries in transition have resulted from one side in rapid increase of competence of people, who are able to act concretely, and that from the other side led to aggressive appearance of qualitative and less qualitative plans both short-term and long-term oriented, plans that were sustainable and unsustainable, real or deeply mystical. 
 
 If we take into consideration the potential consequences of such documents we can, with certainty, claim that Bosnia and Herzegovina has (had) that bad fate that most of those documents were created in context of promotion of certain political idea or option, and very often in promotion of individuals as well. An essential characteristic of such strategic plans and planning is that they are, in attempt to maximally influence economic progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina or its concrete geographic part, incoherent and in their own collision with current condition, possibilities or eventual wishes of business sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 
 
 If quantitative mechanisms based on concrete forms of economic support, on statistic methods of analysis, synthesis, selection, presentation of concrete economic achievements of the Development Vision of the Gorazde Municipality and on periodical correction and adjustment of its segments to actual economic reality, have not been established then entrepreneurial reaction and coming of capital to Bosansko-podrinjski Canton as consequential reaction of this document context will not appear for sure. 
 
 In another words the strategic planning is not static but it is dynamic category whose main failure is adjustment and direction towards current flows as well as improvement…
 
 Initiative for creation and direction of the Development Vision of the Gorazde Municipality arisen on the session of Gorazde Municipal Council held on January 25, 2001 when the Mayor of Gorazde Municipality had announced an intention to initiate a process of creation of the development vision, which would create a path for the entire development of Gorazde Municipality. OSCE Mission suggested the Project path that would establish a mechanism for creation of common development vision, which would represent interests of government bodies and institutions, local community, different concerned groups and all citizens of Gorazde Municipality . 
 
 The Municipal Council decided to form a management team comprising experts from different fields, which would be the main bearer of all activities related to creation of the development vision and which would periodically make additions to conception idea of the Development Vision of the Gorazde Municipality . 
 
 In aim to identify actual problems in Bosansko-podrinjski Canton, which are the obstacles to its development conception and to discover a productive surpassing of such destructive things, the Management Team organized a gathering of primary data directly in the field at those concerned groups of public that were directly or indirectly influenced by positive or negative economic movements in our Canton. So, the research structure of such documents is based on those two main directions. 
 
 
 Management Team
