ALDI Strategic Plan 2004-2006
After six months of preparation and work on new Strategic Plan the Management Board of ALDI u.g. has adopted on January 14, 2004 the new ALDI Strategic Plan for period from 2004 to 2006. new Strategic Plan comprises key strategic objectives and priorities of the organisation for the next three years. The key priorities of the organisation in the next three years will be as follows:

Business Services Provision (strategic focus number 1.),

Local Economic Development (strategic focus number 2.),

Market Access (strategic focus number 3.).
