The Action Plan for Development of Entrepreneurship and SMEs is document that defines the priority activities for instigation of local economy development in the year of 2003/2004.

ALDI in cooperation with the Cantonal Ministry of Economy has made the complete document, which was intended for support of local economy development in the Gorazde Canton. The Action Plan comprises four main parts as follows:

- Analysis of local economy condition in the year 2002;
- Review of the successful practices for entrepreneurship development;
- Analysis of problems that fetter entrepreneurship development
- Summary of the priority activities.

As final phase ALDI is preparing additional working consulting meetings, which will be able to directly contribute the making of an efficient tool for support to entrepreneurship.
